BEFORE PURCHASING, please check through the official websites, that the spots you wish to visit are open and/or active with the Roma Pass service (for details see this page), as it will not be possible to request a refund of the Cards, even if not used.
Some museums require reservations for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays by the day before to respect the social distancing. However, booking is required in some museums even on weekdays. It is therefore highly recommended to check the access/booking rules and the opening hours of every museum you wish to visit.
Before purchase, find out if you qualify for reduced or free admission by age (under 25 years old), nationality, place of residence, occupational categories, disabled, etc., please check the summary of regulations in force.
Under no circumstances will the cost of the cards purchased be reimbursed.
Zètema does not provide any refund of Roma Pass purchased in case of cancellation by the customer, errors in the purchase or failure to use the card for problems not attributable to Zètema, as well as, in case of damage, theft or loss of the card (see FAQ 8.4).
No refund will be made even in the event of total or partial closure of some services/sites included on the card; in case of events or circumstances beyond the control of Zètema or dependent on third parties;; in case of Acts of God; in case of union meetings or strikes; for adverse weather conditions or in any other case or circumstance not indicated in this list.
All cards purchased online can be collected ONLY 24 HOURS AFTER the date of purchase (minimum time required to process your payment). No refund will be issued for wrong early withdrawal. No refunds will be issued, also, for cards purchased online but not picked up within the given time frame, that is to say 6 months from the collection date indicated during the online purchase, or within the date of any possible change in the selling price or services included on the card itself (see FAQ 5.2).
